INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING NOTICE
At this time, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process and ship orders to destinations outside of the United States.
SHIPPING & HANDLING INFORMATION
Business Days:
Our shipping operations run Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States, as well as the day after Thanksgiving. Orders placed by 11am CST on business days will be shipped the same day, while those received after this time will ship on the following business day. Weekend orders will be processed on the next business day.
SHIPPING COSTS:
- Standard Shipping (Delivers in 5-7 business days): $9
Jordan Lea offers free Standard Shipping on orders over $50 (excluding tax), with no code required.
- Express Shipping (2-Day. Delivers in 3-4 business days): $19
- Priority Shipping (Next Day. Delivers in 2-3 business days): $25
Return & Exchange Policy
We are dedicated to providing our customers with high-quality products. While we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return a product. If you need to return an item, please review the following information:
- Returns must be made within 30 days of your receipt date for a refund.
- The merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Please indicate the reason for your return on the front side of your receipt or packing slip.

- You are responsible for the return shipping and handling charges, unless you received damaged merchandise (see Damaged Products Policy).
- Retain your tracking number, as we cannot issue a refund until we confirm receipt of the returned merchandise. We are not responsible for lost packages.
- All returns will be credited to the original credit card used for the purchase.
- Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of receiving your item.
- Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.
Please note that only items purchased on www.jordanlea.com are eligible for return. Items purchased from JORDANLEA.com cannot be returned or exchanged at retailers that sell Beauty For Real products.
Exchanges:
We are pleased to offer exchanges for any merchandise that is defective, damaged, or unused. If you need to exchange your product, please refer to the following information:
- Exchanges are accepted on items purchased within 30 days of the original purchase.
- Please include the product you wish to exchange and your receipt. Write instructions for the exchange on the receipt.
- If there is a difference in cost for the exchange, one of our customer service representatives may contact you for further information.
- You are responsible for the return shipping and handling charges, which will not be refunded.

Damaged Products Policy
If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you may contact customer service within 30 days for a replacement. Items will not be replaced after 30 days.
